Wedding photography awards

Philip Gilman was awarded Silver in the reportage wedding section of the North
West Professional Photography Awards held at the Park Royal, Stretton on the
19th April 2008. This award winning photograph was chosen from an entry of 140
reportage images. Philip's image, pictured below, was taken at the wedding of
Caroline & Tim from Wrinehill, Nr Crewe. Philip was also awarded two more
certificates of merit in wedding categories.

The British Institute of Professional Photography & the Master Photographers Association held the North West Professional Photography Awards 2007 at the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate, Manchester on the 14th April 2007.

Philip Gilman was awarded two Certificates of Merit in the Wedding Album category and ten images were awarded a Certificate of Merit in the Reportage Wedding category.

Philip's first award winning album portrays the wedding of Caroline & Mark Fryar which took place at St Mary's Church, Bowden followed by the reception at Arley Hall, Cheshire. The second award winning album portrays the wedding of Jennie & Chris Parker, held at Arley Hall, Cheshire
